Made from organic grapes in northern Italy.  Hints of apples, melons, pears and a clean, dry finish.  Super refreshing.

From a tiny appellation in Chablis, the only permitted region for the Sauvignon Blanc grape in all of Burgundy.  Lively, floral and crisp.
